Bay's
Industrial Service Group
has successfully completed
new construction
projects, process unit revamps and
upgrades, and plant
turnarounds for
refineries, powerhouses, chemical, and petrochemical plants. Bay's
maintenance forces have established long-term relationships with numerous Gulf
Coast industrial plants.
Bay's on-site construction, maintenance, and turnaround teams include
managers with extensive experience in safety management, detailed CPM schedules,
cost monitoring and analysis, productivity measurement, material
expediting/handling, and problem solving. Supporting these managers are
supervisors and a staff capable of completing each project on schedule and within
budget allowances. Rounding out the field capability of the Industrial
Division are the 3,000-plus experienced employees with proven skills in all
disciplines.
Bay's Industrial Division has built and upgraded crude and desulfurized
units; alky and vacuum units; cogeneration; air separation, oxygen and cryogenic
plants; gas-gathering facilities; pharmaceutical units; modular process units
and pipe rack systems, and other units found in industrial complexes.
Along with construction and revamp efforts, Bay has successfully completed
turnarounds employing over 1,000 people in many Gulf Coast facilities.
Bay self performs the majority of construction disciplines including structural,
mechanical, I&E, hauling and erection services. Contracting directly with clients, and supporting all the corporate
construction and fabrication projects, Bay's Scaffolding Division has a complete
inventory of scaffolding material and components. With yards and
inventories in South Louisiana, Houston, and Corpus Christi, Bay's scaffolding
crews have earned a reputation for safety, quality and productivity.
