and other International locations, is a full-service multi-discipline
construction, fabrication, and maintenance company. The company
provides its services to industries involved in refining, chemical and
petrochemical manufacturing, gas processing and transmission, offshore
exploration and production, power generation, and environmental remediation.
The company also builds roads, highways, bridges, and marine facilities for
local, state, and federal agencies as well as private industry.
Bay Ltd. is well-respected, with a successful
history in completing "grassroots" facilities, new process units, plant
revamps and upgrades, refinery expansions, turnarounds, and ongoing routine
maintenance services. Experienced management personnel, supervisors,
and craftsmen, capable of completing complex, schedule-sensitive projects,
are available within each company service group. A vast inventory of
company-owned tools and equipment supports the field efforts of Bay's
construction, maintenance, and turnaround crews.
Supporting all Bay projects is the substantial ISO
9001 certified shop and yard fabrication capability available for ASME
pressure vessels, towers, and drums; piping utilizing carbon steel,
stainless steel, and alloy materials; modular process units and pipe racks;
and offshore decks and jackets. This construction and fabrication
capability is supported by Bay's fully-staffed QA/QC department utilizing
industry-approved in-house x-ray & NDE testing procedures and programs.
With access to worldwide markets via Bay's heavy-lift dock facilities
located on the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, large process decks and topsides
up to 5,000 tons, structures, and vessels are routinely loaded onto
ocean-going barges and ships.
