Modular Fabrication and Assembly
Bay Ltd. has extensive experience in the
fabrication and assembly of modular pipe rack systems and process units.
Modular units have been built for clients in the oil and natural gas
production, chemical manufacturing, and refining industries. Bay has
more than 100 acres of yard fabrication property and 225,000 square feet of
shop space available for modular fabrication. Modular systems and
packages have ranged from a single skid-mounted unit to complete production
packages and process units with loadout weights in excess of
5,000 tons.
Shop
fabrication facilities in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Morgan City,
and New Orleans, Louisiana have deep water access, allowing Bay to load and ship
large and small modular units to national in international destinations.
