Pemex IXTAL-A 8 Pile Jacket and Deck
Bay recently completed the Procurement, Fabrication, Outfitting, and Loadout
of the Pemex IXTAL A Drilling Jacket and Deck for service in Mexico's Bay of
Campeche. The eight-leg jacket was over 240 foot long, weighing over
1,600 tons. The deck loadout weight totaled almost 2,400 tons.
Bay's scope also included fabrication of the jacket piles and the well
conductors.
