Ltd. Receives OSHA
VPP STAR Site Recognition
Bay Ltd. received OSHA VPP STAR Site
Recognition at Valero's Bill Greehey Refinery in Corpus Christi and also at
Valero's Three Rivers Refinery. Celebrations for these outstanding
accomplishments were held in Corpus Christi on October 27, 2006 and in Three
Rivers on June 20, 2007. A catered lunch was held at both sites and
was attended by our deserving employees. Valero management, OSHA
administrators, and area community leaders. Rick Martinez, OSHA Region
VI Corpus Christi Area Coordinator, presented us with our plaques and STAR
Flags at both sites. These are the second and third Bay Sites to be
recognized as OSHA STAR Sites with our Texas City Valero Site being the
first.
Bay applied for Star recognition at our
Valero Houston Refinery Site in March, 2007 and has the audit scheduled for
June, 2007.
